Noodles

How to cook?

Loosen the noodle.

Put the noodle in clean water for few seconds to wash off the potato scratch.

Take the noodle out and drain off the water.

  • For dry version: You may toss with the savoury noodle sauce, top with caramelized lean meat and sprinkle some crispy fried shallot.

  • For soup version: You may serve in a hearty, warmly bowl of flounder fish or even just simple chicken soup will do. Top with boiled wonton, chopped green onion, some leafy Kai Lan (AKA Chinese Spinach) and it's ready to serve!
